How The Alpha Deal Verdict, operated by ALPHA INTL REAL ESTATE, LLC, handles information.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, account tier, and sign-in activity.
- Property information you enter: addresses, prices, rent rolls, taxes, insurance figures, and the valuation snapshots you choose to save.
- Usage information: analysis counts, feature usage, and support requests.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status.
How we use it
- To run the analyses you request and save your properties.
- To operate accounts, enforce plan limits, and provide support.
- To retrieve property and comparable-sales data from public records and licensed data providers — the property addresses you query are sent to those sources for that purpose.
- To keep the service secure and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use a small set of processors to run the product: cloud hosting, Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and RentCast (property data). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Your choices
You can delete saved properties in the product at any time. For account deletion or a copy of your data, open a support ticket from the Help & Support section and we will verify and process the request. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, or legal reasons.
Security
Accounts are protected by the sign-in system; plan entitlements and admin functions are enforced on the server. Reports carry a watermark identifying the account that generated them.
